Our Cancellation Policy

Our time is valuable and so is yours.

Please give us at least twenty-four hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson otherwise the full lesson fee is owed. Please understand that to continue operating as a small business, we need to enforce this whatever the circumstances surrounding your need to cancel/reschedule. 

If you are unwell and are cancelling to avoid spreading germs: First of all, thank you! If you feel well enough to sing, please let us know and we can move your lesson online. With our performance work and the number of singers coming through our studio, we try to avoid getting sick wherever possible!

If you feel like it may be vocally unhealthy to sing but you're still well enough to learn: We can spend the time discussing new repertoire, music theory/musicianship concepts, technical concepts etc, to keep you progressing towards your goals.
